Drive-thru Covid-19 testing site is once again available at the Lancaster Public Safety Training Center due to the latest surge in cases.

Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health opened the site on Friday at the center at 101 Champ Blvd, Manheim. LG Health is using the facility under an agreement with the county approved earlier this week.

Testing is available by appointment for people aged 3 and older. Appointments are being scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The site will be closed on the following dates: Jan. 17 | Feb. 14 | Feb. 18 | Feb. 21.

It is expected to remain open through the end of February. Although the site is providing  symptomatic testing only, a physician order is required. For patients with health insurance, LG Health will bill the patient’s insurance company. The cash price for testing is $57.24.

Appointments can be scheduled through the MyLGHealth app or by calling LG Health at (717) 588-1515.
