United Way of Lancaster County held its first annual Unity Fest on Saturday.
The event kicked off the organization's Week of Caring, expanded from the Day of Caring of past years, a countywide volunteerism event.
Held at Warehouse District Beer Garden, Unity Fest featured live music, drinks, lawn games, and food trucks.
United Way of Lancaster County has organized the local Day of Caring for more than 30 years. This year, for Week of Caring, more than 400 volunteers have signed up to take part in projects including cleanups, landscaping, painting and food serving.
Events are scheduled every day through Saturday.
