The nonprofit Safe Communities is hosting a series of three virtual workshops to raise awareness of child sexual abuse and help parents and caregivers keep children safe.
One workshop will be offered each month over the next three months, as follows:
- Social Media Navigation with Kids: 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11
- Child Sexual Abuse 101: 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10
- Grooming Process: 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18
The workshops are free, but donations are welcome. Registration is required. To register, click here. Registrants will have access to recordings of the workshops for two weeks after they take place.
