Wednesday Gov. Josh Shapiro, D-Pa., visited the Farm Show and explained that the state has been primarily focused on education regarding mandatory testing requirements for poultry and biosecurity measures that have to be in place to limit the spread of germs that carry avian flu, which is deadly for birds.
