Showcase this evening features Black Artist Waystation winners

YWCA Lancaster and Pennsylvania College of Art & Design are teaming up this evening to show off YWCA’s 2023 Black Artist Waystation artists as part of Black History Month.

Keisha Finnie, Thunda Khatt, Sir Dominique Jordan and Kearasten Jordan will be featured in a showcase event beginning at 7 p.m. at PCAD, 204 N. Prince St. The schedule is as follows:

  • Reception (cocktails and food): 7-7:30 p.m.
  • Showcase (1): 7-8 p.m.
  • Panel discussion with artists: 8:10-9 p.m.
  • Showcase (2): 9-9:30 p.m.

Black Artist Waystation is YWCA Lancaster’s initiative to promote Black artistic expression in Lancaster and connect it to Lancaster’s history as a stop on the Underground Railroad.
