The 39th annual Hispanic Festival at Iglesia San Juan Bautista kicks off this evening.
The free community event runs from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 6 to 11 p.m. Friday and 4 to 11 p.m. Saturday. It takes place at the church property at 425 S. Duke St.
The festival is one of Lancaster’s most popular summer events and offers the community the opportunity to enjoy Hispanic culture, food and music. It is also the church’s biggest fundraiser.
