(Source: Lancaster County Office of Aging | OUL)

The Lancaster County Office of Aging is soliciting donations for its annual holiday gift program.

The agency says it plans to provide grocery store gift cards this year to seniors in need, “allowing them to choose fresh foods specific to their diet or other foods they enjoy.”

Donors are invited to make financial contributions by check, or to send Giant or Weis Markets gift cards in amounts up to $30.

Donations may be dropped off during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday) or mailed. The office’s address is as follows:

Lancaster County Office of Aging
Lancaster County Government Center
150 N. Queen St., Suite 415
Lancaster, PA 17603

Checks should be made payable to the Lancaster County Office of Aging and should say “Holiday Program” in the memo line.
