Misfit Transformation Ministry, a storefront church based in southwest Lancaster city, is holding a community outreach day from 12 noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24.
It will take place at the church, 602 St. Joseph St. and will feature free food, music, prayer and fellowship.
Husband and wife Daniel and Jerona Pilgrim launched the nondenominational ministry this past March, characterizing it as a place where people who haven’t fit in at other churches can feel welcome.
