The Southeast Lancaster community kicked off its holidays Saturday evening with the Light Up Southeast celebration.
Organized by Crispus Attucks Community Center, the event featured music, food, entertainment, a winter clothing giveaway and more.
The evening culminated with Santa Claus leading the countdown to the lighting of the Southeast's community Christmas tree in front of San Juan Bautista Church on South Duke Street. The Infamous Unstoppables drill team escorted Santa, who was accompanied by Magisterial District Judge Jodie Richardson.
