Today’s “Celebrate Lancaster” event has been cancelled due to forecasts of lightning throughout the day, City Hall said.
The safety and wellbeing of our attendees, vendors and staff are of the utmost importance,” City Hall said in a statement.
The event will be rescheduled, the city said.
