Taylor Giambrone
Taylor Giambrone has been a nurse with the Nurse Family Partnership since 2020. Born and raised in Lancaster County, she started her career as a nurse six years ago in a pediatric intensive care unit, leading to an interest in preventive healthcare. She obtained a Master of Public Health degree and is currently pursuing a Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a 2023-24 recipient of the Leonard A. Lauder Community Care Nurse Practitioner Fellowship – a program dedicated to educating nurse practitioners who will advance health equity in their communities.
