Leadership Lancaster announced last week that it has named Jennifer Diaz as its new executive director.
Leadership Lancaster provides training to individuals and groups to prepare them for work in the nonprofit and community benifit sector. Diaz “brings a dedication for fostering impactful leadership and community engagement,” the organization said, as well as experience as a motivational speaker, storyteller and retreat leader.
Diaz comes to Leadership Lancaster after more than 20 years at Goodwill Keystone Area, most recently as chief culture officer and chief sustainability officer.
She replaces Kate Zimmerman, who became executive director of United Way of Lancaster County last fall.
