Malinda Harnish Clatterbuck, Salena Coachman, Frances M. Gibbons and Elena Roth are YWCA Lancaster’s 2024 Women of Achievement honorees, the nonprofit announced this week.
In a statement, YWCA Lancaster said they individually exemplify “excellence in their careers and advancement of the YWCA Lancaster’s mission of eliminating racism and empowering women through their leadership, mentorship, and/or volunteerism.”
Their “dedication and leadership have made a lasting impact,” the organization said.
Their professional roles are as follows:
- Malinda Harnish Clatterbuck: Associate Director, Center for the Sustainable Environment, Franklin & Marshall College.
- Salena Coachman: Vice President of Talent Sustainability, Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, Armstrong World Industries
- Frances M. Gibbons: Senior Director of Development, Greater Pennsylvania Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association
- Elena Roth: Owner & Head Clinician, As You Are Counseling Services
