United Way of Lancaster County is encouraging local nonprofits to apply to its 2024-25 Level Up & Launch grants.
Level Up & Launch is designed to help organizations develop innovative scalable programs to meet community needs. The initiative was launched in 2022, making this its third year.

As before, United Way is committing up to $500,000 to Level Up & Launch. Applicants should target one of United Way’s core focus areas: education, economic mobility and health.
Successful applicants will initially receive grants of $15,000 to $50,000, with the initial disbursement totaling $250,000. Grant recipients are then encouraged to raise additional funds on their own. Funds raised through Nov. 8 will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to the amount of the initial grant.

Finalists will be asked to make in-person presentations in early May. United Way anticipates announcing grant awards on May 27.
