Union Community Care has opened two new pharmacies in Lancaster, in addition to its Lebanon Medical location. One of the new locations is in Union Community Care’s southeast location at 625 South Duke Street. The other is inside the downtown Lancaster location at 304 North Water Street.
Union Community Care provides affordable healthcare to the Lancaster and Lebanon communities and currently operates 20 locations as well as a mobile care team. Providing family medical care, urgent care, dental care, school-based health care, behavioral health, social support services, and pharmacy services to everybody, with or without insurance.
Union Community Care pharmacies also provide free medication consultations, low-cost prescription medications for those who qualify, free pill packs, and free home delivery within 10 miles of each pharmacy. All three Union Community Care pharmacies have an open-door policy, for patients and community members who are not patients.
Union Community Care provides patients with access to low-cost medication. including their pharmacy voucher program, through the Health Resources and Services Administration’s 340B Drug Pricing Program. It invests all 340B savings into furthering it’s resources, improving access to affordable medications, and expanding comprehensive healthcare services and programs to the communities it is a part of.
