Three former pro wrestlers, including a World Wrestling Entertainment Hall of Fame member, shared their stories battling back from substance abuse on Friday at “A Night of Recovery.”

Sponsored by Lancaster-based Blueprints for Addiction Recovery, the event brought WWE alumni Sean “X-Pac” Waltman, Curtis “Fandango” Hussey aka “Dirty Dango,” and Jesus Ricardo Rodriguez to the stage to share their struggles and successes.

All three have enjoyed successful careers in the professional wrestling limelight and Waltman is a two-time WWE Hall of Fame inductee.

The night featured a surprise appearance by Brandon Novak, a pro skateboarder, entertainment personality and former heroin addict. He is a motivational speaker and founder of the recovery home Novak’s House.

Chris Dreisbach, Blueprints’ founder, hosted and emceed the evening.

“‘A Night of Recovery'” brought the community together to celebrate life at a truly inspirational event,” he said.
