The African American Cultural Alliance of Lancaster is convening a town hall this week on “The State of Black Lancaster.”
The community forum will take place from 6:15 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at the Schuyler Learning Resource Center at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.
Concerns that will be discussed include shortcomings in education, health and municipal services, and “how we can petition for change, action and impact in these areas,” organizers said.
