May ‘Conversation About OUR Community’ to examine local economic mobility

Economic opportunity and mobility are the focus of United Way of Lancaster County’s “Conversation About OUR Community in May.

Taking place via Zoom from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 23, the conversation will begin with a presentation on Lancaster County’s economy by Jaime Arroyo, CEO of the economic development nonprofit Assets and a City Council member.

That will be followed by a panel discussion featuring the following individuals:

  • Kim Maldonado, Director of VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance), United Way of Lancaster County
  • Tyrone Miller, CEO, Lancaster Works
  • Angel Rosario, Director of Community Lending, Community First Fund
  • Randi Shober, Director of Financial Empowerment, Tenfold

Moderating the forum will be Kevin Ressler, President and CEO of United Way of Lancaster County.
