The Lancaster Homelessness Coalition calls for a Code Blue from the evening of Monday, Feb. 17 through noon Saturday, Feb. 22. Code Blues are called when temperatures drop below 20 degrees or wind chill is below 0 degrees for a consistent period of time.
The Anchor Lancaster Day Center will continue at Tenfold garage, Monday through Friday. Doors open at 10:30a.m and close at 4:00 p.m.
