The Rotary Club of Lancaster will host its fourth Wheels & Wings Festival and 5K at the Lancaster Airport this coming Saturday, July 24.
The day begins at 7:30 a.m. with the 5K race, which takes place on the Brethren Village campus. The main festival takes place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and includes a car show, a fly-in, food trucks, live music and raffles.
Proceeds benefit the Rotary Club's service programs, particularly its Summer Youth Experience, an educational enrichment program enjoyed by more than 1,000 Lancaster city children that is funded in partnership with the United Way of Lancaster County. The 2019 festival generated $20,800, the club said.
Admission to the festival is free; parking is $5. Registration for the 5K is $30; to register, click here. For more information, visit the Rotary Club's events page.
